As the final hours of Darchai Menachem’s fundraising campaign, “Elements: See Each Child,” draws near, the urgency is palpable. With only halfway to the school’s goal, every dollar contributed now can make a profound difference. Darchai Menachem is a small but vital school that serves the Crown Heights community with an enrollment of approximately 150 children. But for each and every one of those children, the school is At Darchai, each child is not just a student but a universe unto themselves. Our teachers see each child as filled with unique elements waiting to be discovered and nurtured.
The campaign this year is inspired by the four elements, the ארבעה יסודות – water, earth, wind, and fire, celebrating Darchai Menachem’s mission to illuminate the individuality, talents, and strengths of every student. Just as these elements are essential to life, so too are the diverse qualities and potentials inherent in each child.
Within our halls, we witness the unfolding of each child’s passion, spirit, talents, and growth in every corner. Every lesson is a celebration of the countless expressions of our students’ identities and capabilities. We believe in fostering an environment where each child is encouraged to shine brightly, contributing their unique light to the world.

And we know our greater Chabad world sees us and cares about our continues success. Despite our modest size, the outpouring of support from our community is immense. Over 1200 unique donors have already rallied behind our cause, united by a shared belief in the limitless potential of each and every child.
