Very glad to see it was not just me bothered by this issue. I was worried where I could take my son to Daven and not be exposed to double standards. It is sad for me to see even 'respectable' Anash talking on the phone, to friends, in middle of Kaddish- and yes- even in middle of Shmone Esrai!
How can I get this in print for my shul?

If the person publishing it feels so strongly about it, why is he so afraid to put his name on it and not some abiguous gmail?
Second:
Why does he need to use a picture of the Rebbe to endorse simpy Shluchan Oruch?
Third:
A notice going out targeting Anash audiences should not be in English! What have we come to??!! Do you think in Lubavitch Russian pamphlets were spread around the Zal?! Our publications must endevour to be in the two languages that our rebbeim endorsed and encouraged for chassidim to use: Yiddish and Loshon Kodesh (not to be mistaken with the tziyoni version.

There is not one positive word in the whole brochure. It is all about the negative part, instead of focusing on the positive side of what happens if you are quiet.
Concerned - you make me laugh. It's exactly because of people like you we have so much trouble around the community. Wake up and smell the coffee. Some is trying to do GOOD here! And if your not sure the definition of GOOD check it up (in English).
what language do you think the message has to be written out in? you think maybe the people who its being written to need it to be in hebrew or english? if we are in an english speaking country then we need it to be in english because alot of people only understand english!!!

The brochure was very well written.
As to the comment by BAB that the article was not written by a real Lubavitcher I guess the Alter Rebbe and the Mitteler Rebbe are not real Lubavitchers in BAB's mind.

If you beleive in something - if you believe in what your are doing, don't be ashamed of it. Be proud and put your name on what you are publishing.
As to the comment from “myself” advocating the need for the panphlet to be in English due to the audience.
You are missing the point. The reason there is an English speaking audience in Lubavitch (unlike any other chassidus) is because we (stupidly) cater for them.
Lubavtich is not some modern orthodox movement. We do not change simply to adapt to our surroundings! Shumu Shomayim!! We are a chassidus and we dictate the way in whihc we live according to tradition not according to whats easy and whats cool
notice the Rebbe never gave a sicha in English regardless of the crowd.

I wish to clarify:I do not argue over the importance of quiet during davening. I simply comment about the way it has been presented here.

whoever did publish this brochure i would like to thank you for bringing this to my attention there were some things that were never brought to my attention! i saw it in 770 since then i have always tried to bequiet until the last kadish,it is hard some times but because of you i do it! thank you! Hatzlacha in all you do!

The A“R was called ”the Litvak“ during his lifetime as he lived and taught in Lita for much of his life. The M”R grew up and matured in those environments and only became Rov of a town called “Lubavitch” later in life. So, yes, neither was a “real Lubavitcher”; the first would have been the Tzemach Tzedek.
Re: the brochure. I agree with you that it is long overdue that such a work was published in our communities.
