2) As soon as they realized how serious the attack had been against their daughter, they called 911! It was only 8:30 by then, not exactly a lot of time since the 7:00 incident!

3) When they were FINALLY done at the police station (where they are not exactly famous for their efficiency), it was already 1:00 in the morning — don't you get it???

4) The family had not yet left the 71st precinct when the decision was made that the young lady had better be taken to the hospital. They made a judgement that the victim was well enough to speak to the police first. B”H, it turned out to be a perfectly reasonable judgement on the parents' part.

Any coward can play “Monday Morning Quarterback” (or “back seat driver”) and nitpick on the victim's family.

That is not in the budget. The budget consists of tax money and since so little comes from CH in taxes there isn't much that can be put back in and besides whatever is getting put in is going tword food stamps, medicare, wic and section 8.
