Rabbi Hershey and Chana Novack take a collaborative approach to providing Jewish connections to students on campuses around St. Louis.
Hershey Novack didn't always know that he wanted to become a rabbi.
“If you had asked me at my bar mitzvah if I was going to become a rabbi, I would have laughed at you-very hard,” says Novack.

Situated between Cali ’n’ Tito’s and Barrow Elementary School is Chabad House, a small, neutral-colored stucco building surrounded by newly-planted blueberry bushes, ornamental flowers and a mosaic tile display.
Tri-Valley Chabad to Dedicate New Torah Scroll

The last three lines of a new Torah Scroll written in Pleasanton for the Chabad of the Tri-Valley will be added by members of the congregation along with a scribe at 1:30 p.m. today at the Pleasanton Senior Center with a dedication of the work to take place at 2:30 p.m. with a grand procession.
